Job Description
As a Digital Content Producer (Video) you will create compelling and persuasive video content for digital campaigns. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing team and play a key role in conceptualizing, filming, editing, animating and overall execution of video assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Be involved in the entire video production process, from concept development to storyboarding, scripting, directing, shooting, editing and animation as required.
- Understand the visual identity and objectives of different brands.
- Pitch creative and results-driven ideas for assets that meet communication objectives briefed.
- Produce compelling and high-performing video assets for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.
- Animate eye-catching, mobile-first video content.
- Manage and coordinate project timelines for both individual and team projects.
- Stay attuned to the latest digital trends, developments, and insights, particularly on video-first platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube.
- Proactively make recommendations for impactful and platform-appropriate video content

Requirements

As a Digital Community and Content Specialist, you’ll foster brand relationships with online communities, build customer engagement and grow brand advocacy for our clients. You’ll also oversee content management across different content platforms. You’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing team to drive measurable growth for cross-channel digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize for and develop communication strategies for brands under your care, including identifying and communicating in an appropriate and engaging brand voice.
- Proactively plan and make recommendations for comprehensive brand communication guidelines on engagement timelines, SOPs, tonality and more.
- Build engaged and interested communities on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Encourage customer engagement on all social media platforms in a prompt and organic manner.

As a 3D Specialist, you will create compelling and persuasive CGI content for digital campaigns and more. You will work closely with our Digital Marketing team and play a key role in the overall execution of 3D assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Participating in the planning, execution, and supervision of projects, including meeting deadlines and communicating with clients or team members.
- 3D Modeling: Creating, texturing, and shading 3D objects and environments for use in various types of digital media.
- Rigging: Building the skeletal structure of 3D models to allow for realistic movement.
- Animation: Manipulating 3D models or environments to create movement and actions, including character and creature animations, camera movements, and natural environmental animations.
- Lighting: Setting up the lighting for 3D scenes to create a specific mood or look, which includes understanding color theory, shading, and rendering.
- Rendering: Processing all the 3D information (including models, textures, shaders, lighting, animation, etc.) to produce the final look or animation. Setting up the layers needed for compositing.
- Compositing and FX Simulation: Creating realistic physical and environmental effects, such as smoke, fire, water, explosions, and destruction.
- Quality Assurance: Checking 3D models, animations, and visual effects for errors and making necessary corrections.
